Rich warm notes of deep fruit yet the fruit forward character as the Zin

Harvested after the third hard frost in November/December.
Pressed frozen, the Vidal takes on more intense flavor and body.
Bouquet of fresh peaches and apricots, the tree fruit tastes seem to crystallize on the tongue.
